ingredients: butter, organic cane sugar, wheat flour, cornmeal, baking powder, purple yam powder, sea salt, blueberries

makes 20-24 cookies

comes with 1/2 pint frozen blueberries

take chilled dough and add a blueberry inside. cover up the blueberry and roll into a ball. press into a disc about 1.5” thick. bake at 350f on convection for 10-12 minutes until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. chill on wire rack. enjoy warm.
