Housemade sparkling tea made by Chef Tracy Chang with a double fermentation process.

Our Hibiscus is tart and juicy on the palate, with notes of cranberry, raspberry, yeast and toasted bread. 

This non-caffeinated sparkling tea is crispy, dry, fruity, and fun.

Enjoy refreshing, fine bubbles, like drinking champagne without the hangover!

Store upright, refrigerated. Open slowly.
