These dishes are seemingly simple, deceptively nuanced and full of tricks to get them just right, aka the nod of approval from mom and Aunt Pearl.

 

 

MENU
- steamed egg with ground pork, shiitake dashi, dried anchovy, dried shrimp, sweet soy
- mi fen rice noodle with pork belly, carrots, woodear
- tomato and eggs (tis the season!)
- steamed branzino with shiitake dashi, sherry, turkeytail mushroom powder, scallion, ginger
- restorative chicken soup with ginger, goji berries, jujube
- pea shoots with garlic and dried shrimp
- black sesame tangyuan with goji, maple, egg drop

This class does not require any previous cooking experience. 
Children are welcome as ticketed students. 
Young children under 10 must be supervised.
Guests will be eating and drinking on site as well as taking food home from the class. 
Gluten-free and vegan offerings will be available. 
PAGU is a nut-free establishment.
Metered street parking is available.
